Due to the nature and hygiene of cosmetic products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@eliteye.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty product.
