All purchases within New Zealand will not include any additional taxes or customs charges. If you decide to refuse your purchase due to the cost of taxes/duties, this amount will be deducted from your purchase upon arrival back to Eliteye. Any return shipping costs incurred will also be deducted.

Due to the nature and hygiene of cosmetic products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to offer a full refund. To request a refund, please contact us at info@eliteye.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or faulty product.
